Expanding Our Impact
The YouthVantage Alliance Board of Directors moved to expand our services to include leadership and enrichment programs for boys and young men.
Guided by Community Leadership
A dedicated Steering Committee is using their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives to shape Vantage Point’s priorities and strengthen our impact.
Launch of New Mentorship Program
This year, we introduced a revamped mentorship program aimed at connecting young men with experienced leaders in various fields.
Building a Network of Mentors and Role Models
Expanding our team of trained youth development professionals and growing a pipeline of positive male mentors and volunteers.
Growing Beyond the School Day
We will expand into community-based workshops and summer camps during out-of-school time, with project-based learning, positive peer relationships, leadership development, and guidance from trusted male mentors.
Strengthening Impact Through Data
We will be expanding our workshop offerings to include career readiness and personal development sessions for our youth.
Community Leadership Summit
In 2026, we will bring youth together, including boys and young men from Vantage Point, for a Leadership Summit shaped by VP participants themselves — youth-driven learning, career exploration, and leadership development alongside positive mentors and peers.
Launch of Annual Scholarship
We will introduce scholarships that help boys and young men pursue post-secondary education or workforce certifications, opening doors to economic opportunity and long-term success.
